The coaching session will be run via Zoom.
You will receive the full unedited recording after the session so that you can watch and listen to the coaching call again at your own pace.
From my experience, it’s important to keep momentum and accountability regular and constant for maximum benefit!
For the best results, I recommend a minimum of 3 sessions over 6 weeks (ie one coaching session every 2 weeks) or 12 weeks (ie one coaching session every 4 weeks).
It also means that I’m available to you for follow up questions, to provide further information and research and to realign goals and strategies if required.
